Job Description:
We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Gutter Crew Members to join our team at Storm Guard. In this role, you’ll play an essential part in installing and maintaining high-quality gutter systems for our clients, ensuring a safe, clean, and professional job every time.

Responsibilities:

Roof Inspection: Inspect clients' roofs to prepare them for gutter installation, assessing any potential obstacles.
Gutter Preparation: Use hand and power tools to prepare gutters and related components for installation.
Installation: Accurately install gutters on clients' roofs with attention to detail and quality workmanship.
Maintenance and Repair: Perform necessary maintenance and repairs on existing gutter systems to ensure proper functionality.
Safety Compliance: Follow job site safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment at all times.
Paperwork Management: Submit paperwork regularly to facilitate timely client payments and maintain accurate financial records.
Customer Service: Interact with clients courteously and professionally to provide an outstanding customer service experience.
Equipment and Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain all tools, equipment, and vehicles to ensure they are in safe working condition.
Travel Requirements: Travel to client locations as required for installations and service calls.
Precision: Measure accurately to guarantee proper fit and alignment for each installation.
Weather Readiness: Be prepared to work in various weather conditions while adhering to safe practices.

Requirements:

Experience in gutter installation or construction is preferred but not required
Ability to work on roofs safely and efficiently
Familiarity with hand and power tools
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and customer service skills
Reliable transportation to travel to job sites
Physical ability to lift materials and work outdoors in all weather conditions

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
